Stakeholder engagement mapping is a strategic process designed to identify and analyze the engagement of stakeholders. I specialize in conducting participatory stakeholder mapping to gain a comprehensive understanding of stakeholders' direct and indirect involvement in a project or initiative.
Through this process, I develop tailored strategies to enhance collaboration and ensure that stakeholder contributions align with the organizations goals.
